Gabriel Pincus is the President & Portfolio Manager of GA Pincus Funds. He is responsible for managing current clients and prospecting new clients. Gabriel defines the direction of the firm and works with team members to implement his vision. Prior to forming GA Pincus Funds, Gabriel worked in Index and Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) Management at Markit, and was hired by Deloitte & Touche to lead and develop their ETF consulting practice.
After college, Gabriel worked as an equity and option trader at Bear Stearns before a brief stint as a wealth manager. Gabriel earned an MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University and a BS in Entrepreneurship & International Studies from Indiana University. Gabriel lives in Chicago with his wife Kristen.
Herman Schroeder, CFA, is the founder of Schroeder Capital LLC. He started his career in 2005 as an Analyst for a South African hedge fund named Imalivest and subsequently worked at UBS (Stamford, Connecticut) and Morgan Stanley (London, England) in Credit Trading and Operations. From 2008 to 2012 Herman worked as an auditor for real estate and industrial clients at KPMG in London. Most recently, Herman worked as an investment banker at UBS from 2014 until 2016 as Associate Director in the Global Industrials Group in New York.

Herman is a qualified chartered accountant and is a CFA charterholder. He earned an MBA at the Darden School of Business at University of Virginia, where he focused on Asset Management, Private Equity and Finance, and an MA in Economics and Accounting from the University of Edinburgh in 2005. Herman lives in Manhattan with his wife, Allison, and his new son, William.
Eugene Lavrov has 11 years of restructuring, financial advisory, banking and operations experience. He has worked with stakeholders across the capital structure, including both creditors and debtors. He has prior experience at Zolfo Cooper, a restructuring advisory firm and has also spent time working in capital markets, post-merger integration and long range financial planning advisory. Duke Useni is the founder and portfolio manager of Falconpath. Prior to founding Falconpath, he was an advisor for corporate mergers, acquisitions and capital raising transactions in the Global Industrials Group at UBS Investment Bank in New York. At UBS he had coverage responsibility for several sectors within the group, including Transportation, Paper and Packaging, Building Materials and Products, Automotive and Truck, Aerospace and Defense, and Capital Goods. He has prior experience as an independent investment consultant, where he provided consulting services
for various kinds of businesses and organizations, mainly for those that are in a distressed financial position. Prior to this, he worked in the Global Industrials Group at Bank of America in Chicago, where his sector coverage included Automotive and Truck, Paper and Packaging, Building Materials and Products, and Capital Goods. Duke earned an MBA at the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University, where he majored in Finance and was an Owen Merit Scholarship recipient, and a BA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Victor Huang is an Investment Analyst at Falconpath. He is responsible for performing research and analysis that is used to evaluate investment opportunities, and for assisting with client investment policies, client reports and performance calculations. Prior to joining Falconpath, Victor worked at Pennymac, where he was a Financial Analyst in the Portfolio Risk Management division. He has prior experience at Orbixa Capital, where he was a Corporate Finance Advisory Analyst.
Victor earned a BA from the University of Texas at Austin, where he majored in Biology and was a James A. Bush Scholar and a JPMorgan Chase Endowed Scholar.
